Vince Pirolli was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley of California and has been in the wine business for over 30 years in both retail tasting rooms and wholesale, and was the former proprietor of Santa Anita Wine & Spirits in Arcadia.

Vince has been writing a wine column for local papers for over 10 years. He currently writes for the Mountain View Newsmagazine, based in Sierra Madre, California, with a readership base that spans all of the foothill regions of Pasadena, including La Canada, extending to Azusa, San Marino and South Pasadena.

Vince is a member of Anthony Dias Blue's Lifestyle Tasting Panel which meets on a monthly basis to taste and judge wines. He has also been a wine judge for The Italian Food and Wine Institute, as well as a number of local Fairs.

In his spare time, Vince has been working on a book of all his columns for the past years.
