Winemaker: Matthew Sorensen
Matthew Sorensen worked in both the food and pharmaceutical industries for over 20 years. His extensive experience includes analytical chemistry, fermentation science, and bioprocess development. He is formally educated in the fields of botany, biochemistry, and finance (a.k.a. professional student). Matthew’s passion for wine originated in his college days when he began annual pilgrimages to Napa and Sonoma valleys. Matthew is now the winemaker for both LongSword & Fly High Vineyards.
