Winemaker: Glenn Proctor

Puccioni Vineyards is run by Glenn Proctor and his wife, Laurie. Glenn is the fourth California generation of Puccioni winegrowers in California. Glenn started his career by working with Glen Ellen Winery and Benziger Family Winery in the late 80’s and at BV and Sterling where he was the Vice President of Winegrowing.

Glenn’s dream has always been to make wine from his family’s ranch. When Glenn was a young boy he worked every weekend with his grandfather, Louie Puccioni, in the vineyard. Grandpa taught him the "hows and whys" of the wine and grape business, and with the release of Puccioni Vineyards "Old Vine" Zinfandel, he can now showcase all that he has learned.
