Founder/owner/winemaker since 1976. Bill knew he wanted to be a winemaker since visiting and touring Italian Swiss Colony when he was 8. All winemaking is done hands-on. Traditional non-manipulative techniques are used to emphasis honest grape character.

Frick Estate's hillside vineyards are the Gannon Vineyard growing Viognier, and the Owl Hill Vineyard growing Grenache Blanc and Counoise. Total Estate is about 6 acres.
All the vineyards are on hillsides made up of Dry Creek Conglomerate soil.
