Brassfield Estate Winery
2007 Sauvignon Blanc, High Serenity Ranch(High Valley)
Terrific aroma of lime blossom, spice, melon, and a faint trace of dried herbs. Wine maker Kevin Robinson gave this wine perfect balance of fruit/acid in the mouth, so it is capable of improving any white seafood dish. A bargain.
