Our tasting room at Wise Villa Winery is set into the winery itself so that you can view the winemaking process at work, or turn around and admire the Estate Vineyards and rolling Lincoln Hills down onto Sacramento, the Sierra Foothills, and the Sutter Buttes. Come near sunset for a private pairing party and see perhaps the finest sunset view, made all the more beautiful by the glass of Wise Villa wine in your hand. We offer a wide range of single-varietal wines and blends, including an aromatic and crisp Torrontes, refreshing and pretty Pinot Noir Rose, luscious Zinfandel, rich Syrah, full-bodied Cabernet blend, and complex and layered Bordeaux-based blend known as "The Wisdom of Wise." The tasting room is newly open to the public, and is off to a great start with our massively successful Grand Opening on March 26 having been attended by local mayor Paul Joiner as well as legions of locals, and the Sacramento Bee, Good Morning Sacramento, and every local newspaper in the area! If you desire something more than just a visit to Wise Villa, Dr. Grover Lee would be delighted to offer a private wine pairing party to you and 20 or more of your guests. We will provide a relaxing evening with tasteful light jazz and a delightful fare, such as baked salmon, lobster and cheese pasta, braised beef, salads with a nice selection of cheeses, bread, and other gourmet delights, paired with a full array of Wise Villa wines. This is a great time to stroll along the terrace or sit by the pool and enjoy the early evening, relaxing with a glass of Wise Villa wine while enjoying the view from Wise Villa's terrace onto downtown Sacramento, the Sutter Buttes, and the Sierra Foothills. This private wine-pairing experience is exclusively being offered to you and 20 or more of your guests at forty-five dollars per person plus sales tax, 18% gratuity, and $15/bottle.
