White Cottage Ranch Winery specializes in making Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignons that bring out the deep, rich, full flavors of its mountain vineyards. The winery was founded by well-known Winemaker Dennis Johns in 1989 and the first crop was in 1993. In 2005, a brand new tasting room opened with the simple mission of sharing great Howell Mountain wines with wine loving visitors in an idyllic mountain vineyard setting.

Visiting the Winery

Tastings are welcome at the winery, though must be done "by appointment" due to permit. Please call the winery in advance to set up a tasting. Tastings are conducted two or three times a day, on most days, in groups up to 10.
