Paraiso Vineyards |
Heavenly Pinot Noir... Paraiso was the name given to the mountainside by the early Spanish explorers in California. For three decades, the Smith Family has lived on the 400-acre estate, growing wine grapes expressive of this heavenly place. Along with its neighbors Pisoni and Mer Soleil, Paraiso anchors the southern end of Monterey’s famed Santa Lucia Highlands appellation.
The Paraiso label itself is a truly “artisan” brand, with winemaker David Fleming crafting barely 11,000 cases of estate-grown Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Syrah.
