Consistent with the relatively lighter orientation of Cabernet Sauvignon in the Sierra Foothills, bright acidity with red fruits, cherry and limited oak greets the pallet. Moderate to soft tannins allow for a very food friendly Cabernet where structure does not overcome food flavors. Expect good age worthy potential.
