Flying Wine Cellars
2007 Roussanne, McGinley Vineyard(Santa Ynez Valley)
One doesn’t see much Roussanne – especially this good -- from Cali and it’s a beaut. Full of tropical fruit, luscious and delicious and balanced from this tiny producer. Yum.

What counts in Mr. Goldfarb’s criteria when judging a wine is: how it tastes in the glass; is it well-constructed; its food compatibility; and presence of redeeming regional attributes. |
